  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime I want?

    Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you are not satisfied with our product or service, you can get a full refund based on our company refund policy. If you're not entirely satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll even refund your first month.

  • Can I upgrade & downgrade anytime I want?

    Yes, just like throughout the signup process you will be able to upgrade and downgrade your subscription level as well as change your payment frequency at any time. Switching plans is an absolute breeze. The same goes for extra users as well. Once you update your subscription, the remaining days will be deducted from the payable amount. We believe you should only Pay As You Grow. We'd be more than happy to help you find the right plan for your business. Contact us if you have problems selecting a plan that fits your business.

  • Do I need to install any softwares?

    EzzyBooks runs on the cloud so you have the freedom to use any operating system (Windows, MAC, Linux etc.) and hardware (Laptop, Desktop, Tablet, Mobile Phone) of your choice. It's' 100% web based, meaning you can access it anywhere and there’s no software to install on your computer. You can even use FreshBooks on your mobile device. EzzyBooks has been designed to work best for freelancers, small and medium businesses, accountants that work within a company or with multiple clients and freelancers.

  • Does it work on Mac, PC or mobile devices?

    Yes! EzzyBooks works with any device or operating system because it’s 100% cloud base. You can access it on any system you want with just one or multiple accounts. Whether you’re in the office, at home or on the go, just visit My.EzzyBooks.com and access all your data.

  • Do I need a credit card to sign up?

    Nope! It’s free to sign up for EzzyBooks Online and you don’t have to put in your card data. After your free premium trial ends, your account will be automatically put on the Free plan, so you’ll need a card only if you want to upgrade back to Premium features.

  • How soon do I get help?

    We do everything to answer and solve all your issues in 12 hours or less. We have a built-in chat support inside the application. You can chat with us during business hours straight from the app. Locate the chat icon in the app and click to commence live chat with a real human. No chat bots.   • Privacy & Security: Is my data secured?

    EzzyBooks protects your personal information. We take your data’s security very seriously, so we use TSL security encryption, which is the industry standard for transmitting data safely over the internet. Your data is yours only and we never touch is without your explicit permission. For security of transactions we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any information such as credit card number and billing information that you send us electronically. In addition, All banking and credit card information is handled securely by your payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) and never touches our servers.

  • Can I manage multiple accounts with the same account?

    You can create as many companies as you wish under the same account. Every company can have its own plan and you can upgrade and downgrade according to your needs.

  • Do you offer help setting up my account?

    If you need help setting up your account, or have any questions about using EzzyBooks, our 24/7/365 Support Team is ready to jump in and offer award winning support. EzzyBooks support is also 100% free forever.   • How many companies can I setup with my license?

    Your license is directly related to one business, so you can only use it for one company. If you wish to use EzzyBooks for multiple companies, you have to buy additional license for each company. Contact us to get the best prices for your 2nd or 3rd licenses. You will get discounts when setting up multiple business. Just email us at support@ezzybooks.com to learn more.

  • How does the free trial work?

    You can have unlimited access to EzzyBooks and all its features for free for 14 days, with no contracts and no credit card required. You even get free phone and email support in case you have questions about setting up your account. Sign up absolutely free. When your free trial expires, your account will be put on hold until you purchase a paid subscription. You don't have to remember to cancel.

  • Can I send emails from my custom SMTP?

    Wondering what your customers see when they get an email from EzzyBooks? By default invoices are sent from noreply@ezzybooks.com email address. This is because of the way transactional emails and our SMTP server is set up. However, you can update the SMTP settings in the app to send emails from your domain (noreply@yourcompany.com).
